For instance, low-viscosity liquids like edible oil or juice are suitable for gravity or flow meter fillers to ensure high precision and speed. Products with higher viscosity, such as honey or dairy, require piston or rotor pump filling technologies. The equipment must meet food-grade hygiene standards, such as using 316L stainless steel, to guarantee food safety. Defining your liquid type is key to finding the most suitable liquid filling solution.
  • The required level of automation depends on your desired production speed and budget. For small-scale operations, a semi-automatic or entry-level full-automatic filling machine may be the most cost-effective choice. If your goal is large-scale, high-speed production (e.g., 60 bottles per minute or higher ), you will need a fully automatic food packaging line with automatic bottle feeding, filling, auto capping machine, and case packing features.
