  • This is the foundation for selecting the right equipment. Is your powder a dry loose powder, or a wet powder containing oils? The material's flowability, particle size, specific gravity, and adhesiveness are the core key factors.
    (1) Flowability: Determines the filling method. Powders with poor flowability require ultrasonic vibration compaction or mechanical stirring devices to ensure uniform filling, otherwise issues like uneven filling, unstable weight, or pressed compact cracking are highly likely.
    (2) Particle Size and Composition: Does the powder contain mica, pearl powder, or large particles? This affects its compression characteristics and the wear on equipment materials, helping us recommend the most suitable pump types, mold steel grades, and surface treatment processes.
