This workflow outlines the precise automatic cartoning sequence of the XQ-TZ60 series cartoning machine, which is crucial for clients searching for high-performance cosmetic packaging equipment, pharmaceutical packaging solutions, or fully automatic horizontal cartoning machines. This process is a testament to efficient packaging automation.

Following the Running direction, the machine first picks up a flat carton blank via Suck box and erects it. The Open box step ensures the carton is fully ready for product insertion. The product, shown in red, is then precisely pushed into box by a mechanical linkage mechanism, ensuring accurate positioning. The subsequent Fold cover and Close cover steps are managed by a compact mechanical CAM linkage system, which is easy to adjust. The completed carton then exits as a Finished product. This sequence highlights the machine’s high-speed capability (30-60 packs/min) and patented features like the no-damage box opening and no-scratch box mechanism , making it an ideal intelligent packaging line component for various industries, including cosmetics and medicine.
