The 2-head automatic capping machine uses a two-claw system compatible with both round and flat caps. The mold conveyor system adjusts mold sizes manually to accommodate bottles (φ28-100mm, 35-200mm height), ensuring stable and equidistant transport to prevent tipping.

Filling

Six servo-driven filling heads follow bottles, maintaining a 2-3mm gap from the liquid surface to minimize foaming, with precise metering (20-1000ml).

Capping

The two-claw capping machine applies caps with adjustable torque, ensuring secure closure without damage.

Cap Inspection

A microswitch (Omron D4V-8107Z-N) detects misaligned caps, triggering automatic rejection by a robotic controller.

Bottle Removal & Demolding
