The process begins with bottles being laid down and fed onto a conveyor (Steps 1-2). The system then automatically feeds liners, using suction cups to precisely insert the bottles into the shaped liners (Steps 3-5). In the packing phase, this automated packaging system employs suction to pick and open boxes, pushes the bottle-liner assembly into the carton, and finally automatically folds the flaps and cover to seal the box (Steps 6-10).
