•   Product Desription  

Wrap-around case packers are used for packaging products that require a wrap-around case, such as bottles or cans. The case is formed around the product, and the case packer seals the case using glue or other adhesives. Wrap-around case packers are suitable for high-speed packaging applications and can handle a wide range of case sizes.
This machine is suitable for canned or bottled beer, liquor, beverage, dairy, sauce...etc.

Wrap-around case packer adopts servo positioning, PLC control, and fully automatic operation. The main rotation is driven by motor, and all levels of transmission are adjusted by chains and sprockets. It has the advantages of high degree of automation and simple adjustment. It can be widely used in beverage, beer, chemical, food, pharmaceutical and other industries. It can be used for secondary packaging of various bottles and cans, and is used in conjunction with automatic filling production lines.

•   MACHINE PRINCIPLE  

 the bottle is pushed, fed, and divided smoothly. The packaging process runs smoothly and there is no bottle inverted phenomenon.
It is suitable for carton packaging of beer, beverage, bottled water, medicine, food and other bottle (can) production lines. The cardboard packaging method saves about 1/5 of the cost of packaging materials compared to the traditional packaging method.
The combination of centralized system and man-machine interface improves various control functions of packaging, and directly input, modify and store parameters of various packaging specifications.
The flat cardboard is used for one-time forming and wrapping, and the unique box pressing technology enables the carton to be formed more firmly, the packaging effect is beautiful, the labor intensity of the operator is greatly reduced, and the requirements for the cardboard are also greatly reduced.
